“SAYAROT” או “האפליקציה”: אפליקציית הרשת SAYAROT, הזמינה בכתובות sayarot.com ו-app.sayarot.com, ומספקת תוכניות אימונים להכנה לגיבושים וליום סיירות ביחידות מיוחדות.

“החברה”: SAYAROT.COM, מקום העסק: הושעיה, ישראל. דוא"ל: support@sayarot.com. טלפון: 052-799-4140.

“המשתמש”: כל אדם המשתמש באפליקציה.

“השירות”: תוכניות אימונים מותאמות אישית, מעקב ריצות, מעקב התקדמות, תוכן בנושא חוסן מנטלי ותכונות נוספות.

השירות מיועד למשתמשים בני 16 ומעלה. משתמשים מתחת לגיל 18 נדרשים לאישור הורה או אפוטרופוס.

על המשתמש לקבל אישור רפואי לביצוע פעילות גופנית מאומצת לפני תחילת האימונים.

SAYAROT מספקת תוכניות אימונים אתלטיות אוטומטיות הכוללות ריצה, אינטרוולים, תרגילים כנגד משקל גוף (מתח, מקבילים, שכיבות סמיכה), תרגילי ליבה וחוסן מנטלי.

התוכניות נוצרות באופן אוטומטי על בסיס היעד שנבחר (יחידה או יום סיירות), רמת הכושר ותאריך היעד.

התוכניות אינן מהוות ייעוץ רפואי או ייעוץ מקצועי של מאמן כושר מוסמך.

האפליקציה מציעה תקופת ניסיון חינם של 7 ימים, ללא צורך בהזנת פרטי תשלום. לאחר מכן ניתן לבחור באחת משתי אפשרויות מנוי:

מנוי שנתי: רכישה חד-פעמית במחיר רגיל של ₪899 (מחיר השקה: ₪599) המעניקה גישה מלאה ל-12 חודשים. אין חידוש אוטומטי וללא חיוב חוזר; בתום 12 החודשים יש לבצע רכישה חדשה כדי להמשיך להשתמש באפליקציה.

מנוי חודשי: ₪76 לחודש. בעת רכישה באתר, המנוי החודשי מקנה גישה ל-30 יום בתשלום חד-פעמי, ללא חידוש אוטומטי; בתום החודש ניתן לרכוש שוב. בעת רכישה דרך האפליקציה (App Store של אפל או Google Play), המנוי החודשי מתחדש אוטומטית בכל חודש ומחויב דרך חשבון החנות, עד לביטולו. ניתן לבטל את המנוי בכל עת דרך הגדרות המנויים בחנות, לפחות 24 שעות לפני תום תקופת החיוב הנוכחית; הגישה תימשך עד תום התקופה ששולמה.

התשלום באתר מעובד באמצעות חברת הסליקה הישראלית GROW. במהלך הרכישה יוצגו ויאושרו תנאי שימוש אלה, ויידרש סימון מפורש של הסכמה לתקנון לפני המעבר לדף התשלום.

לאחר הרכישה תופק חשבונית מס/קבלה דיגיטלית שתישלח לכתובת הדוא"ל שמסרת. לבירורים בנוגע לרכישה, חיוב, החזר או חשבונית, ניתן לפנות אלינו בטלפון 052-799-4140 או בדוא"ל support@sayarot.com.

רכישות שבוצעו דרך חנות Google Play (Android) מעובדות באמצעות Google Play Billing, ובהתאם לתנאי השימוש של גוגל. רכישות שבוצעו דרך App Store של אפל (iOS) מעובדות באמצעות StoreKit ובהתאם לתנאי השימוש של אפל.

השירות הוא מוצר דיגיטלי. הגישה המלאה לאפליקציה מופעלת אוטומטית באופן מיידי עם השלמת התשלום ואישורו על ידי חברת הסליקה. בדרך כלל הגישה זמינה בתוך דקות ספורות; במקרים חריגים (למשל עיכוב בעיבוד התשלום), ההפעלה עשויה להימשך עד 24 שעות.

לא נדרש משלוח פיזי. אין דמי משלוח. לא חלים זמני אספקה של דואר או שליחים.

אם לא קיבלת גישה תוך 24 שעות מרגע התשלום, צור קשר בטלפון 052-799-4140 או בדוא"ל support@sayarot.com ונטפל בכך באופן מיידי.

השימוש באפליקציה הוא על אחריות המשתמש בלבד. SAYAROT אינה אחראית לכל נזק גופני, פציעה או אובדן שייגרמו כתוצאה מביצוע האימונים.

על המשתמש להפסיק כל פעילות באופן מיידי במקרה של כאב, סחרחורת, קוצר נשימה או כל תחושה חריגה.

כל התוכן באפליקציה, לרבות תוכניות אימונים, אנימציות, עיצוב וקוד, הוא קניינה של SAYAROT ומוגן בזכויות יוצרים. אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ או להציג את התוכן ללא אישור מראש ובכתב.

SAYAROT רשאית להשעות או לסיים את חשבון המשתמש במקרים הבאים:

• הפרת תנאי שימוש אלו
• שימוש לרעה באפליקציה
• אי-תשלום עבור המנוי

המשתמש רשאי למחוק את חשבונו בכל עת באמצעות פנייה לכתובת support@sayarot.com.

תנאי שימוש אלו כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל. כל סכסוך הנובע מתנאים אלו יתברר בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל אביב-יפו, ישראל.

SAYAROT is a web application (sayarot.com / app.sayarot.com) operated by SAYAROT.COM (the “Company”), located in Hoshaya, Israel. Contact: support@sayarot.com, +972-52-799-4140. The service provides automated athletic training plans for Israeli youth preparing for special-forces tryout selections and screening days (gibushim and Yom Sayarot). Training includes running, intervals, calisthenics (pull-ups, dips, push-ups), core exercises, and mental resilience.

Users must be 16 years or older. Users under 18 require parental consent. Medical clearance for intense physical activity is required before starting any training program.

SAYAROT offers a 7-day free trial with no payment details required. After the trial, you may choose one of two subscription options:

Annual: a one-time purchase at a regular price of 899 ILS (introductory launch price: 599 ILS), granting full access for 12 months. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge; after 12 months a new purchase is required to continue.

Monthly: 76 ILS per month. When purchased on the website, the monthly plan grants 30 days of access as a one-time payment with no auto-renewal; you may purchase again at the end of the month. When purchased through the app(Apple App Store or Google Play), the monthly plan auto-renews each month and is charged to your store account until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your store's subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Web payments are processed by GROW, an Israeli payment processor. During checkout you will be required to acknowledge and accept these Terms before being redirected to the payment page. A digital tax invoice/receipt is issued automatically upon successful payment and emailed to the address you provided.

Purchases made through the Google Play Store (Android) are processed via Google Play Billing under Google's terms. Purchases made through the Apple App Store (iOS) are processed via StoreKit under Apple's terms.

SAYAROT is a digital service. Access is provisioned automatically and immediately upon payment confirmation by the payment processor (typically within minutes). In rare cases (e.g., delayed payment processing), activation may take up to 24 hours. There is no physical shipment and no shipping fees.

If you have not received access within 24 hours of payment, contact support@sayarot.com or +972-52-799-4140 and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Training plans are recommendations only and do not constitute medical or professional fitness advice. SAYAROT is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the application or execution of training plans. Users must stop exercising immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms.

All content, including training plans, animations, design, and code, is the property of SAYAROT and protected by copyright law.

SAYAROT may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the application, or fail to pay for your subscription.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@sayarot.com.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
