SAYAROT מציעה תקופת ניסיון חינם של 7 ימים. במהלך תקופה זו תוכל לבטל בכל עת ללא חיוב.

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981, ניתן לבטל את העסקה תוך 14 ימים מיום ביצוע הרכישה ולקבל החזר מלא, כל עוד לא נעשה שימוש מהותי בשירות.

לבקשת ביטול והחזר:

1. פנו אלינו בכתובת support@sayarot.com
2. או בטלפון: 052-799-4140
3. ציינו את שם המשתמש, האימייל איתו ביצעתם את הרכישה ומספר אסמכתא (אם יש)

החזר הכספים יבוצע באמצעות חברת הסליקה GROW לאותו אמצעי תשלום שבו בוצעה הרכישה, תוך 5-10 ימי עסקים.

בהתאם לחוק, ניתן לחייב בדמי ביטול בשיעור של 5% מסכום הרכישה או 100 ש"ח, לפי הנמוך, אך אנחנו בוחרים להחזיר את מלוא הסכום ללא דמי ביטול במהלך 14 הימים הראשונים.

לאחר תקופת הביטול הסטטוטורית של 14 ימים, לא ניתן לקבל החזר. הגישה לשירות תישאר פעילה עד תום 12 החודשים מיום הרכישה.

ניתן לבקש את מחיקת החשבון בכל עת באמצעות פנייה ל-support@sayarot.com. מחיקת החשבון אינה מקנה החזר אם תקופת הביטול חלפה.

SAYAROT offers a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

Under Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), you may cancel the transaction within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided no substantial use of the service has been made.

To request a refund:

3. Include your username, the email used for purchase, and transaction reference if available

Refunds are processed via GROW back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. We do not charge cancellation fees during the 14-day window.

After the 14-day statutory cancellation period, no refunds will be issued. Your access remains active for the full 12 months from the date of purchase.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@sayarot.com. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund if the cancellation period has expired.
