בקשת מחיקת חשבון ונתונים

הדרך המהירה והמומלצת למחוק את חשבונכם ואת כל הנתונים המשויכים אליו היא ישירות מתוך האפליקציה:

1. פתחו את אפליקציית סיירות
2. היכנסו למסך "פרופיל" (האייקון השמאלי בתחתית המסך)
3. גללו לתחתית המסך ולחצו על "מחק חשבון לצמיתות"
4. אשרו את הפעולה במסך האזהרה

המחיקה מבוצעת באופן מיידי. החשבון, פרופיל המשתמש, היסטוריית הריצות, נתוני האימונים, תוצאות ראיון הגיבוש, תקופת הניסיון וכל פעילות אחרת יימחקו לצמיתות. הפעולה אינה הפיכה.

אם אין לכם גישה לאפליקציה (לדוגמה, המכשיר אבד, החשבון נחסם או שהסרתם את האפליקציה), שלחו בקשת מחיקה לכתובתsupport@sayarot.comוכללו את הפרטים הבאים:

• כתובת האימייל שאיתה נרשמתם (Google sign-in)
• אישור שאתם בעלי החשבון (לדוגמה, שליחת המייל מאותה כתובת)

אנו נטפל בבקשה תוך 30 ימי עסקים ונשלח אישור בכתב לאחר ביצוע המחיקה.

• פרופיל המשתמש (שם, אימייל, תמונת פרופיל, גיל, יחידה ויעד גיבוש)
• תוצאות מבדקי כושר ראשוניים
• תוכניות אימון אישיות שנבנו עבורכם
• היסטוריית ריצות (מסלול GPS, מרחק, קצב, זמן)
• יומן אימונים ופעילות (שכיבות סמיכה, מתח, אינטרוולים, ליבה וכל תרגיל אחר)
• תוצאות סשנים של חוסן מנטלי
• תמלילים וניקוד ראיונות גיבוש AI
• הישגים, נקודות ודירוג בטבלת המובילים
• החברות בקבוצת אימון של מדריך, וסימוני הקריאה של הודעות שהמדריך שלח לכם

לצורך עמידה בדרישות החוק, חלק מהמידע יישמר לתקופה מוגבלת גם לאחר המחיקה:

• חשבוניות מס וקבלות: נשמרות 7 שנים בהתאם לחוק מע"מ. החשבוניות מאוחסנות במערכת Greeninvoice ולא ניתן למחוק אותן לפני תום התקופה הסטטוטורית.
• רישומי אימות תשלום: מזהה הרכישה ב-Google Play / GROW נשמר 7 שנים לצורכי דיווח ומס.

מידע זה מאוחסן בנפרד ואינו מקושר יותר לפעילות שלכם באפליקציה לאחר המחיקה.

רישום ההסכמה לשיוך למדריך: אם הצטרפתם לקבוצת אימון, נשמר אצלנו הרישום של מה שהוצג לכם ומה שאישרתם באותו רגע, כדי שנוכל להראות למה הסכמתם. הרישום נשמר בלי השם ובלי כתובת הדוא"ל, שנמחקות ממנו בעת מחיקת החשבון.

השמע מסשני ראיון הגיבוש מועבר ל-ElevenLabs (ספק ה-AI הקולי) ול-Google Gemini (לניתוח התשובות). לא נשמרים העתקים של השמע אצל ספקים אלה לאחר העיבוד בזמן אמת. תמלילי הטקסט נמחקים מהשרתים שלנו יחד עם החשבון.

אם הייתם משויכים למדריך, לוח הבקרה שלו מפסיק להציג את הנתונים שלכם ברגע המחיקה, כי החברות בקבוצה נמחקת יחד עם החשבון.

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly from the SAYAROT app:

1. Open the SAYAROT app
2. Go to the "Profile" tab (bottom-left icon)
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account permanently"
4. Confirm in the warning screen

Deletion is immediate. Account, profile, run history, training data, interview results, trial period and all other activity are permanently removed. This action is not reversible.

If you cannot access the app (lost device, blocked account, app uninstalled), send a deletion request tosupport@sayarot.comand include:

• The email you registered with (Google sign-in)
• Confirmation that you own the account (e.g. send the email from that same address)

We process the request within 30 business days and send a written confirmation when deletion is complete.

• User profile (name, email, profile picture, age, target unit and selection date)
• Initial fitness assessment results
• Personalized training plans
• Run history (GPS route, distance, pace, time)
• Workout and exercise log
• Mental resilience session results
• Gibush interview transcripts and AI scoring
• Achievements, points and leaderboard rank
• Prep-group membership, and the read marks on messages your instructor sent you

To comply with statutory requirements, some data is retained for a limited period after deletion:

• Tax invoices and receipts: 7 years per Israeli VAT law. Invoices are stored in Greeninvoice and cannot be removed before the statutory period ends.
• Payment verification records: Google Play / GROW purchase identifiers are retained 7 years for tax reporting purposes.

This data is stored separately and is no longer linked to your in-app activity after deletion.

Instructor linking consent: if you joined a prep group, we keep the record that you agreed to link your account to an instructor, with the exact wording you were shown, so we can show what you agreed to. It is kept without your name and email address, which are erased from it when the account is deleted.

Audio from interview sessions is sent to ElevenLabs (voice AI provider) and Google Gemini (response analysis). No copies of the audio are retained by these providers beyond real-time processing. Text transcripts are deleted from our servers together with the account.

If you were linked to a prep-group instructor, their dashboard stops showing your data the moment the account is deleted, because the group membership is deleted with it.
