תנאי שימוש

“SAYAROT” או “האפליקציה” — אפליקציית האינטרנט SAYAROT הזמינה בכתובת sayarot.com, המספקת תוכניות אימונים להכנה לגיבושים ביחידות מיוחדות. SAYAROT מופעלת על ידי ReGluten (“החברה”).

“המשתמש” — כל אדם המשתמש באפליקציה.

“השירות” — תוכניות אימונים מותאמות אישית, מעקב ריצות, מעקב התקדמות, תוכן חוסן מנטלי ותכונות נוספות.

השירות מיועד למשתמשים בגיל 16 ומעלה. משתמשים מתחת לגיל 18 נדרשים לאישור הורה או אפוטרופוס.

על המשתמש לקבל אישור רפואי לביצוע פעילות גופנית מאומצת לפני תחילת האימונים.

SAYAROT מספקת תוכניות אימונים אתלטיות אוטומטיות הכוללות ריצה, אינטרוולים, תרגילי כוח גוף (מתח, מקבילים, שכיבות סמיכה), תרגילי ליבה, וחוסן מנטלי.

התוכניות נוצרות באופן אוטומטי על בסיס היחידה שנבחרה, רמת הכושר ותאריך הגיבוש.

התוכניות אינן מהוות ייעוץ רפואי או ייעוץ מקצועי של מאמן כושר מוסמך.

האפליקציה מציעה תקופת ניסיון חינם של 7 ימים. לאחר מכן, נדרש מנוי בעלות של ₪1,500 לשנה.

התשלום מעובד באמצעות Paddle (paddle.com), הפועל כסוחר רשום (Merchant of Record). Paddle אחראי על גביית התשלום, מסים, חשבוניות והחזרים. בעת רכישה, חלים גם תנאי הקונה של Paddle: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית. ניתן לבטל בכל עת דרך פורטל הלקוחות של Paddle או באמצעות פנייה אלינו בכתובת support@sayarot.com.

השימוש באפליקציה הוא על אחריות המשתמש בלבד. SAYAROT אינה אחראית לכל נזק גופני, פציעה או אובדן שייגרמו כתוצאה מביצוע האימונים.

על המשתמש להפסיק כל פעילות מיידית במקרה של כאב, סחרחורת, קוצר נשימה או כל תחושה חריגה.

כל התוכן באפליקציה, לרבות תוכניות אימונים, אנימציות, עיצוב וקוד, הם קניינה של SAYAROT ומוגנים בזכויות יוצרים.

SAYAROT רשאית להשעות או לסיים את חשבון המשתמש במקרים הבאים:

• הפרת תנאי שימוש אלו
• שימוש לרעה באפליקציה
• אי-תשלום עבור המנוי

המשתמש רשאי למחוק את חשבונו בכל עת באמצעות פנייה לכתובת support@sayarot.com.

תנאי שימוש אלו כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל. כל סכסוך הנובע מתנאים אלו יתברר בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל אביב-יפו, ישראל.

SAYAROT is a web application (sayarot.com) operated by ReGluten (“the Company”) that provides automated athletic training plans for Israeli youth preparing for special forces tryouts (gibushim). Training includes running, intervals, calisthenics (pull-ups, dips, push-ups), core exercises, and mental resilience.

Users must be 16 years or older. Users under 18 require parental consent. Medical clearance for intense physical activity is required before starting any training program.

SAYAROT offers a 7-day free trial followed by an annual subscription of 1,500 ILS/year. Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Subscriptions auto-renew annually and can be cancelled at any time via Paddle's customer portal or by contacting support@sayarot.com.

Training plans are recommendations only and do not constitute medical or professional fitness advice. SAYAROT is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the application or execution of training plans. Users must stop exercising immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms.

All content, including training plans, animations, design, and code, is the property of SAYAROT and protected by copyright law.

SAYAROT may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the application, or fail to pay for your subscription.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@sayarot.com.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
